Video for MPA "Something & Nothing: Activating the Void" show
Since August 8, 2008, I have been inspired by the painting a day phenomenon that is happening in the blogsphere. This truly is an art movement. I started my first daily painting with a tomato from my summer garden. I will also be using my “Earth Objects” as inspiration. This should be an interesting ride.
My plan is to post a painting a day at least five days a week. Please feel free to "feed your burn" and tell other art lovers about this blog site.

This summer I am in a show at McLean Project for the Arts...
http://www.mpaart.org/exhibitions.php.
The show features 41 artists. J. W. Mahoney is the Juror.
I won an award in this show and am very proud to be part of this group of artists who are all incredible. Thank you J. W. Mahoney for selecting me. The work I have in the show is Yellow Flow a piece I did for my doctoral exhibition at George Mason University.
The show is up till July 28th.
